8000 cph automatic juice/source/drink tin can filling machine 

The 8000 cph automatic juice/source/drink tin can filling machine have two main parts : filling part and sealing part .

Filling part :

When juice cans enter into the filling part , the juice cans will move by orbit , When juice cans are being moved , the juice will be put into the juice cans by filling tank .   There are 12 filling valve in the filling tank . The filling tank work by pressure , becuase the juice whcih is filled without gas .  The filling valve which we use are the high precision filling valve . The filling precision is about ±3% , At the same time you also can choose higher precision filling valve , the filling precision is about ±1% , But it need more cost . 

Sealing part :

Finish filling step , the juice cans come out the filling part and then the jucie can will enter into the sealing part , The juice can will be sealed , there are four capping heads in the sealing part . There is a photoelectric between filling part and sealing part . After the juice cans pass the photoelectric , the juice cans' caps will be transport into the caps store , which near the sealing part . The caps store will take the caps and let the capps on the top of the juices can , the the sealing head will sealing the juice can . The sealing  precision ≥ 99% .

The filling sealing machine are suitable for all kinds liquid which are not belong to carbonated and sticky beverage .
